ALEX123 is software framework designed for processing of high resolution shotgun lipidomics data.
This framework features:
i) a database with ionization and fragmentation information for lipid molecules,
ii) scripts for harnesing MS1, MS2 and MS3 information in raw mass spectral data files, and
iii) auxiliary code for high confidence lipid identification, quantification and dynamic lipidome visualization.
